Ceri’s Godspirations Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ceri’s Godspirations!
We offer refunds/exchanges within the first 21 days of your purchase; if 21 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Only regular priced items may be refunded/exchanged; sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Refunds will not be granted for those items which are downloadable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at writerceri@gmail.com and send your item to: 58 North 238th Lane, Buckeye, Arizona 85396
Exempt Goods
The following are exempt from refunds:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery.
Any item that is a download
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five (5) of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Original Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Our main carrier is USPS and most orders are sent using Ground Advantage rates. It is assumed that orders do not need to be expedited. If expedited shipping is needed, rates will be adjusted accordingly.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Ceri’s Godspiraations ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Ceri’s Godspirations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Damages
Ceri’s Godspirations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Ceri’s Godspirations will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
